Unfortunately, their delivery routes and schedules are out of our control. Once your order is confirmed, the courier will send you an email with your tracking information. Should you require any assistance, please email us at shop@zebbies.com and we will contact the couriers on your behalf.

Website stock is warehouse stock only. Some stores may not keep the stock that you require in their store.

F te store doesn't have the stock you require, we will send the stock to the store and we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.

Because of this, we do not necessarily offer same day collections in-store.
